THE BEST BALANCED DIET FOR BETTER HEALTH AND MENTAL POWER



It is very necessary for our better physical and mental health to eat the best balanced diets.If you want to make your physical health better along with a smart brain capable of doing multi-action without any difficulty,follow the following eating habits-
1.Starchy food-Potatoes,pasta,cereals,rice,bread,couscous and so on.
2.Eating upto 6 gm of salt per day.especially for adult and children over 11.
3.Use less saturated sugar and fat.
4,Eat two times fishes for one week.
5.Good and green fruits and vegetables, almost 4 to 5 per day.
6.Protein-Pulses,egg,meat,nuts,fish,poultry meat etc.
7.Milk and milk products(calcium,protein....)-Cheese,curd,milk shake,creamy food etc.
8.Drinking 12 glass of water per day.
9.Also eat turnip,salmon,olive oil,avocados,blue berries,broccoli,egg yolk,,walnut,turmeric,rosemary,green leafy vegetables,dark chocolate,coconut oil,celery,bone broth,beet etc.
